Strawberry Smoothies

I haven't tried these yet, but they just looked so good, I had to share!

Strawberry Smoothies

1 C. Vanilla Soy milk
1 C. Vanilla flavored low fat yogurt
1 C. frozen strawberries (or any frozen fruit, must be frozen)
3 packets of splenda (you could use sugar, or for a tart smoothie no sugar)
blend and enjoy!

  1. These are AMAZING. I tried them one night, then made some more, then made more the next morning for breakfast. I went and got more ingredients yesterday...they are the perfect blend of fruit and sweet and yummy goodness!

  2. I've been making one similar. I just use
    regular cow milk,
Dannon Vanilla nonfat yogurt(no high fructose in that one),
and frozen fruits (from a smoothie mix at costco) and frozen strawberries,
and a little sugar - like 1/3 cup.
One of my friends adds a tad bit of frozen spinach and wheat germ to make it more healthy. I haven't been that adventurous yet.

  3. This is such a great idea. Thanks for posting this. This is just what Ryan needs... something he can just swallow, no chewing needed.
I made Heather's recipe because I had all the ingredients, and it was very tasty. Yum.
