Any favorite pesto recipes y'all wanna share? I made something for Jimmy like a year ago and he just remembered he liked it. I'm not quite sure what I made so I'm looking for a pesto recipe with noodles in it.
dh's favorite thing (discovered last year) is what we call Tuscan Pasta: grilled chicken breast fettuccine or linguine noodles sun-dried tomatoes sliced crimini mushrooms sliced zucchini crushed garlic
cook veggies in some olive oil, slice up chicken into strips. Serve over hot noodles with 1-2 Tablespoons pesto--or for non-pesto people just drizzle olive oil over it, sprinkle some cheese and voila! dinner!
