Today might be the day that I start drinking coffee. And Kahlua. Because this looks mighty tasty. And I'm not sure hot chocolate will cut it anymore after seeing this. Unless one of you geniuses could come up with a way to make a non-coffee, non-alcoholic (but still oh-so-delicious) version of it for me please. That would be great. Oh, don't worry. I probably won't. Unless tomorrow is really bad...
Oh. I. Won't... Really.
Or, will I?
Have I worried anybody yet? Mom? Heather??
No? Anybody?
Okay, I'm done. Goodnight.

OK Mary, when you make one for yourself make one for me too. But if you want an easy way to make dulce de leche boil a can of sweet and condensed milk for about 20 minutes or so (watch it as you are boiling this without opening and you need to keep water in the pan). You could always try mixing hot milk some of your dulce de leche and then the chocolate. Tricia has a coco motion, it would probably mix it well and even give it froth. Just an idea, or you could just go to Starbucks and get the real thing. That would be a lot easier.
I knew you'd like that recipe. I'm thinking it really is the presentation that makes it look so awesome. Just whip up a few chocolate curls :) and some homemade whipping cream.... that sounds easy. :)

And then buy a fancy cup to put it in.
Maybe PW would take a request from us to make one equally as good without the coffee and alcohol. :)
Oh yum! I'll share a cup with you. . . .and this isn't the first time I've been tempted to start drinking coffee.
