Pesto Dijon Chicken

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese + more for the top
1/4 cup pesto
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
4 Chicken breasts

Heat oven to 350.
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Mix mozzarella with pesto and mustard. Then put mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle top with more mozzarella cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
